“Would definitely stay here again!”
What an amazing stay! The villa is absolutely spotless, from the bathrooms to the kitchen and bedrooms - obviously professionally managed by hospitality professionals. So convenient to have 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and then the amazing onsen - large enough to fit a few people in and so relaxing. The media room can double as an overflow bedroom; great for kids to watch TV or try the massage chair.
The team is amazingly responsive and will also ferry you around town as you need - to the ski lift or to restaurants. We had no problem getting around without a car and with a fairly large group. The closest convenience store is about a 10 minute walk away, for reference.

“Our group of two families enjoyed this chalet a lot.”
This property seems built just over a year or so and everything is clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are big especially the master bedroom, living room is great with a fire place. The place also has its own hot bath which is needy after a full day of ski. Location is right in the middle of Hirafu good if you drive and can access both Hanazono and Hirafu. The staff are all helpful and detailed oriented. I always go for renting a chalet so our group can spend time together instead of staying in hotels.

This place was such a vibe! Clean, cozy, and full of charm. We really enjoyed the spacious living area and media room, which were great for relaxing with the family, especially for cozy movie nights. The staff were also welcoming and quick to assist with anything we needed. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
